3. Client Responsibilities

  • Hazardous Materials: Remove any hazardous, flammable, or prohibited materials before the clearance date, as the Company is not responsible for their safe handling.
  • Accuracy of Information: Provide an accurate inventory of items to be cleared, noting any items requiring special attention or disposal methods.
  • Supervision: If necessary, designate a responsible person to oversee the clearance process and address any immediate concerns that may arise.
  • Item Security: Secure or remove items that are of high value or confidential in nature prior to the Service, to prevent loss or damage.

4. Payment Terms

All fees associated with the Services are due upon completion unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. The Company accepts various forms of payment to provide convenience to our Clients, including:

  • Cash Payments: Acceptable upon completion of Services.
  • Credit and Debit Cards: Transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Bank Transfers: Details provided upon request; payments must be confirmed prior to Service commencement.

4.1 Additional Costs and Surcharges

In the event that the scope of Services increases beyond the initial agreement, the Company reserves the right to adjust the fees accordingly. Additional costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Removal of extremely large or heavy items that require special equipment or additional labor

5. Cancellation and Refunds

The Client may cancel a scheduled Service by providing no less than 24 hours' notice to the Company. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a specified percentage of the total Service cost.

5.1 Refund Policy

Refunds for Services not rendered will be processed promptly upon receipt of a valid cancellation request. In cases where only partial Services have been provided, refunds will be prorated based on the extent of Services completed.

5.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule Services at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates and times as requested.

6. Liability

The Company endeavors to execute Services with the highest level of care and professionalism. However, liability is subject to the following conditions:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Direct damages are limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of items not authorized for clearance or items that were not cataloged in the initial Service request. It is the Client's responsibility to secure or remove any items of personal or significant value.

6.4 Insurance Coverage

The Company maintains liability insurance to cover unforeseen incidents during the provision of Services. However, Clients are encouraged to verify their own insurance policies to ensure coverage of their personal belongings.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those provisions or the right to enforce them in the future.
